A tranquil lifestyle like no other
Welcome to the Rosemary Beach Property Owners Association website.
Here you will quickly and easily find everything you need to know about owning, building,
and enjoying life in Rosemary Beach.
Our Town Center
The Town Center of Rosemary Beach is the heart of our community where the meandering paths, boardwalks and cobblestone streets lead to the Town Hall, Post Office, green parks and of course, the many restaurants, shops and unique businesses that make Rosemary Beach such a unique community.
Walk through and enjoy every architectural detail and use of space where delectable restaurants, wine shops and specialty retail shops are just behind a beautiful facade of more West Indies architectural detail.
Our Beach
Rosemary Beach is designed to be a walking community where any point to any destination is just a five-minute walk. Calling this journey just a walk doesn’t do it justice! With native plants of sea oats, lupine, saw palmettos and of course Rosemary all at your fingertips, beautiful scrub oak trees your journey will feel from another time. You’ll pass beautiful green parks for community play and fun which are surrounded by residences with Dutch West Indies architectural details and a native color palate.
Our Amenities
The Rosemary Beach Property Owners Association (POA) works in tandem with homeowners to ensure that the highest quality of care and amenities are available to the community. RBPOA Beach Service supports the core values of the community: Family, Community, Quality and Environment.
RBPOA Beach Service provides homeowners and guests of Rosemary Beach the luxury of beach chairs, umbrellas, tables and watercraft rentals from a professional and courteous staff. Other services that are available include sunset beach chair setups, bonfires, and coolers.
Our History
In 1995, the Rosemary Beach Land Company and President Patrick Bienvenue shared a vision of creating a community that enveloped neighborhood living and daily conveniences. Through insight from planning pioneers, Andres Duany and Elizabeth Plater-Zyberk (also known as founders of the firm DPZ, the husband-and-wife team that brought international prominence to Seaside) this team set out to form a master plan for development inspired by other classic beach towns.
A delightful way for families and friends to enjoy the beauty of the Emerald Coast in an elegant and harmonious setting
